Qualifying U.S. orders over $20 receive free standard shipping. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Carrier scans can sometimes take time to update.
Delivery issues
If tracking has stopped updating, your package appears lost or damaged, or it is marked delivered but cannot be located, email hello@henryclean.com with your order number and tracking information. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.
International shipping
International shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. Duties, taxes, customs charges, and other import fees are not included in the shipping charge and are the responsibility of the recipient.
